Subject: get ready to welcome an inspection team
An inspection team headed by oneofour big purchasers will inspect our company next week.
I here ask all of our employees to get ready to welcome them.
Considering the previous misunderstandings caused by few employees’ body language or even loud talking when we received visitors, I ask all ofour employees to respond to the visitors with smile accordingly and answer visitors’ questions in audiblevoice. Avoiding unnecessary misunderstanding is very helpful to impress our customers with good images.
