In the event of any dispute arisingrom the Agreement or concerning its interpretation,or any dispute of which no satisfactory settlement is reached between the two Parties, the dispute shall be referred to a single arbitrator agreed upon by both Parties.

双方凡因协议及其解释产生争执或双方(或经双方努力)双方未能满意解决之纠纷，应提交双方确认的仲裁人进行仲裁。
