We duly received your documents and took delivery of the captioned goods at the port of destination. Unfortunately, we find that the quantity of goods, on arrival, is less than what is shown on the invoice.
A thorough examination evidences that improper packing is the cause of the short weight for which the supplier is definitely responsible On the basis of the enclosed survey report issued by our Inspection Bureau, we have to file a claim with you for the losses, amounting to US, $1, 230.
