In response to the issue of health care reform, Wen said, “Up till now, more than 1.2 billion people, including urban workers and staff as well as urban and rural residents, have been covered for medical care. And this year, the government will continue to increase insurance subsidies so that the premium would reach 200 yuan($30.4)per person for both urban and rural areas.
