With the development of society,education quality is increasingly becoming an important role in modern life.However, so many universities just focus on the productivity, affordability, access, graduation rates and accountability without paying attention to the education quality.In order to meet the urgent needs of the four modernizations, improving the education quality is a task which brooks no delay.First of all,improving teaching quality is a must.As we all know,good teaching quality is the key to motivating students' interest in learning.For example,universities can increase the teachers’ salaries orencourage teachers with a new salary package.Secondly,government should allot some subsidies to universities so that they can recruit more excellent teachers than before.
