Finally,no technology has succeeded in duplicating a firm handshake to close a deal,a hug to encourage a friend,or a kiss goodbye.Until E-mail and voice mail can provide the subtle communication,the immediate interaction,and the emotional satisfaction of a face-to-face conversation,complete with facial expressions and gestures,I will prefer to talk instead of to type.
