Performhands-onfixesatthedesktoplevel,includinginstallingandupgradinghardware/software,installinghardwareandconfiguringsystemsandapplications. Monitorandtestfixestoensureproblemshavebeenadequatelyresolved. Imageandconfiguredesktopsandlaptopsusinganenterpriseimagingsolution. -Quicklyescalate,trackandcloseincidentticketstoensurehighclientsatisfaction.
