Neither of the parties hereto shall at any time during the continuance hereof deal with any of the shares of the Joint Company owned by it whether by sale, pledge,gift or otherwise in any manner inconsistent with the carrying out of its obligations thereunder.

本协议任何一方都不得在本协议有效期间，采用出售、抵押、赠送或其他与履行其本协议规定的义务不相一致的方式，处理其拥有的合营公司的任何股份。
