Haveyouhadanyexperienceaboutworkingunderpressureandwithintightschedules?
Yes, of course. In fact, stress is very important to me. Because I can actually perform well under pressure and I find that I enjoy working in a challenging environment. For example, last year, when we got the news by accident that one of our favorite teachers would go abroad for further study, and then all of my classmates wanted to hold a farewell party for the teacher. As the monitor, I need to take charge of the details of the party. For example, choosing the location for the party, ordering the food for more than 50 people, making a budget, inviting other leaders and teachers of our department, buying a gift for our teacher, preparing the speech and so on. All of these should be done in only one week. As I said just now, I like working under pressure. I had a very strong mind that 6 I could finish this task perfectly. Taking a series of measures at once, I discussed with our class committee members and made a complete schedule. I assigned the different tasks to different classmates who were considered to have the ability to finish the jobs. For example, we elected the girls to buy the gift and flowers for the teacher. One of our classmates was asked to prepare the speech becouse of his good writing talent. And I,with several boys, began to find restaurant and make a reservation. Of course, we were very busy that week, but we finally got an unforgettable party. So I am not afraid of stress, which only makes me grow up quickly, and I really enjoy the process under stress.
