Dear Mr. Smith,
Thank you for inviting me to attend the seminar on food safety from November 18 to November 19 in Beijing and talk about the latest development in the production of healthy food in China. I would like very much to join the discussion and offer my views to business people and professionals.
Unfortunately, I've got to go to Mexico in early November to visit some of our factories. I won t return until early December. I'm afraid I won't be able to attend the seminar.
